This committee focuses on knowledge transfer, training issues, and user experiences. It serves as a link between research conducted and the adoption of the results by industry.
Its main responsibilities include: making recommendations to the management committee for the dissemination of project research results to the scientific community; establishing a link between the research results obtained and the adoption of technologies transferred to partners and industry, in accordance with the recommendations of the management committee; implementing research results in the dairy industry.
